(March 5, 2023, 3:28 pm)I do like Old Navy a lot. But it's really hot and cold. Hunt and peck. Sometimes I walk out of there with 3 things I absolutely love. Other times I try on 8 things and don't like any of them. Their prices are really good. I love coming to the store. I hope they continue because so many retail stores are closing. I will always continue to patronize Old Navy. Keep up the good work. 👍
(June 30, 2019, 9:53 pm)I liked all the great sales they have. I was never approached by a sales associate. I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to providing excellence in customer service. Bought my son a pair of sunglasses they had on sale for $5!! So the deals there are fantastic. Maybe work on greeting guests. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star review
