Livea

First, and foremost, this is NOT a diet program. It is definitely a lifestyle change. Every one of the staff are knowledgeable about the struggles of change and provide support, encouragement and all the tools needed for success. The new food is delicious as well. I have had 5 years of success with this program and have recommended it to all.

I am loving the new foods Livea has come out with to enjoy. One of my favorites is the Chocolate Chip Pancakes. I make mine in the microwave and all I do is put 2 ounces of water along with the mix into a shaker bottle and shake! I use a small sandwich size container (i.e. Rubbermaid or Ziploc) and pour the mix into the container. I microwave it for 90 seconds, spray a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter along with Sugar Free Syrup and it is delicious and mess free. I also enjoy the Strawberry/Lemonade Infuser and have made this a staple in my everyday water intake. The flavor is perfect in a 16 ounce water bottle and adds that extra kick to my water! I have used the single serve bag of Salt & Vinegar Crisps with chicken salad as chips and dip. They are a perfect size for a meal and changes things up. As I've tried the different bars, the coconut chocolate is delicious along with the PB&J, nice change and easy to take as a snack when needed or you are on the go. Livea is my support to keep my weight off and the food selections makes it easy to stay mindful of what I am eating.

Ready! Set! Lose weight! This is SO easy and SO good! A complete no brained. The staff here is, well, remarkable.

Everybody at this location is top notch awesome! Not only supportive but they’re people you’d want to hang out with. Kind, understanding, helpful and professional. I love them!

I love the Livea Weight Control Center in Minnetonka. Everyone is upbeat and happy to see me. Meeting with a consultant every week is what I need to stay on track. Talking with a consultant one-on-one lets me know they care about me and my progress. They have a wealth of information to share and always are supportive. Thank you Livea Team!

I recently hit my goal weight and with the amazing support I have received from the amazing team, I decided to work on 5 more pounds, and am now motivated to start adding more exercise into my routine, even with a busy schedule! The team is full of support and ideas of how to make changes and are also realistic and they don't make you feel badly if you have an off week.
