  UPDATE:
  I wanted to update or add to my previous rating because I "cheated" on Dr. Janice on a couple adjustments from another office. They were offering a discounts as one does to get you try them out. So I went for two visits. The reason I went there was because they offered some extra things to what they did than just the traditional manual adjustments. They have some scraping and laser machines and I thought that those were really effective and helpful, but they were expensive and not paid for by FSA. At least mine didn't. I also think that the one I visited caters more to athletes and teenagers who are really hard on their bodies and push themselves. I actually would like to continue going to there because I think they are very effective in what they do but I also, in my opinion, believe don't need all that extra stuff. They like to upsell some OTC drugs and get you to sign up packages and it's hard for me to say no so I don't do well with that and I get frustrated or resentful in the end once the purchases are done. The one thing that I was disappointed to learn was I paid extra to have a hot towel placed over me where as it's not an extra charge with Janice.
  
  Janice, in my opinion is a no nonsense specialist. She has a lot of experience and just knows her stuff. Don't be seduced by the modern esthetics. Janice is just there to truly help with your overall well being and allow you to have the most comfortable life you can lead.
  
  I am not a relative or a friend of Janice. I am truly a patient and I just appreciate her more since leaving for a couple weeks to try someone out and now I'm back.
  
  I believe Dr. Janice is such an expert in her field that I'm very fortunate to be her patient.

  I've been to many Chiros where there were several doctors in one office clinic. For Sundial, this is the first one where it's run by just one doctor. Let me tell you, I thought I'd seen them all but she is truly the best one I've gone to. She knows her stuff and you feel less like a patient on a conveyor belt waiting for their turn. I'm making my husband go to her now because he has the same view too which is you've seen one then you've seen them all. But not this one. You simply cannot replace years of experience like Dr. Suppes, then from someone who has done it for 5, 6, 7 years. It's more than just being forceful to a body, if that makes any sense.

  I've been doing body work with Dr. Jan for several years. She performs both manual and activator adjustments. Her thorough approach never fails to find the source of a pain, be it skeletal or muscular. Dr. Jan thinks outside the box when treating a challenging issue. I always leave her office feeling better than when I arrived! And let's not forget Deb, the cheeriest front office person ever and a master of insurance claims!

  you will find. you're in pain is not a lifestyle Dr. Janice Is a miracle worker.
  like a divine spirit there to take away your pain and to teach you exercises on how to keep it away
  If you're honest to yourself and honest to her you will feel like 1 million bucks. I was barely able to walk at the beginning of the week and was on Workmen's Comp. and then at the end of the week I feel good enough to do jumping jacks of joy .
  But I will just settle on some yoga to strengthen and stretch thank you so much sundial and the angels they have working there!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Sundial Chiropractic is hands down my favorite chiropractor in Minnesota! I have been adjusted at several other establishments across the Twin Cities and none compare to the professionalism, treatment and overall satisfaction to that of Sundial. Dr. Suppes has been adjusting for over 30 years and definitely knows what she is doing to help relieve the pain. I also recently received a professional massage after an adjustment from one of their massage therapists and was very satisfied. Do not hesitate to call Sundial Chiropractic if you ever want to relieve your stress or body pain. A++++++++++
