  I checked in online, was told 131 minutes until I could get in, it actually ended up being 230 minutes, only because of new rules in place during Covid19, it took extra time. I was happy with my hair cut, and all that extra hair is gone!

  My husband and I have had our haircut here every 4 to 6 weeks for the last 10 years. The staff here is very good and friendly and if you check in online the wait can be manageable.

  I'd imagine the common sentiment of Great Clips is "you get what you pay for." While mostly true there are cases where you encounter someone who goes above and beyond. Then the next time you go in the staff is completely different and you get less than stellar results. But they are always friendly and willing to adapt. I still plan on using this place because it's quick, somewhat consistent, and reasonable.
