Apple Ridgedale

I had a great experience at this location. I had a malfunctioning Apple Watch, and I’m happy to report that it’s back on my wrist and fully functional. The staff was the peak of professionalism - there was a man across from me who could not have been more rude if he was being compensated to do so, yet both employees (including a manager) did not waver, did not escalate, and handled the situation stoically. I would recommend the Ridgedale Apple Store. Thank you!!

Knowledgeable and very helpful employees.
The Techs were able to send out my daughter's MacBook for repair, and it was completed and returned sooner than expected.
The aesthetic of the store is very pleasant and inviting, and the items/gadgets are displayed in an interactive manner, thereby giving consumers a chance to get a feel of the devices prior to making a final decision.
I'm no longer an Apple device user, but the rest of my family still is, and this location and its employees are top-notch when it comes to providing you services and technical support.
