I went last Wed 2/23 around 6pm and the two employees were kind enough to ask if I needed any assistance, which I very much so did as I was attempting to bleach my hair on my own for the first time. They were happy to help me pick the right products for what I was doing and shared their own experiences. They were both pleasant and helpful. Without them I'm certain I would have wrecked my hair. They are responsive and very communicative. We put in new ceilings, replaced an entire wall of windows, refinished floors, demoed and re-built the kitchen, plus updated the laundry area. The work is just beautiful and the Lecy team was fun, energetic and extremely professional. They provide a designer who helps you select all of the finishes - Victoria was amazing. They provide a Project Manager who handles everything and keeps all of the details managed - Chloe did great work! They have a strong and consistent documented process for remodels.
