He did a good job in the kitchen sink but a big part of my maintenance request was to put a screen in the bath tub there is no screen or top that was supposed to be done when he did the kitchen sink. I think this maintenance man forgets which apartment he did what in and gets them mixed up, looking forward to when John comes back.

Response was immediate. Work was done quickly, correctly, cleanly and efficiantly. I liked that a note was left telling me that a worker was here and did the job.
