This is the most amazing place. It is so peaceful here. This was My husband's and my second visit. We are already planning our next visit. Jennifer and Kathy are amazing! So sweet and funny. This is a wonderful place to go to just relax and enjoy nature. We have walked the grounds both visits and have seen plenty of wildlife, including wild turkey and deer.

We e with this place, and we were only here for one night! We stayed in cabin #3 it was clean and cozy! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and the balcony of the bedroom! Such a beautiful place, so peaceful and relaxing! Everything we wanted it to be!

Wonderful experience great stay I can't wait till we can go back only things I would suggest is update the TVs and some of the rooms fresh paint and they'll be good to go

The Southwest cabin at Pilot Knob Inn was impeccably clean and cozy. It had a kitchenette which was great for making coffee, etc. The view of Pilot Mountain right outside the door was breathtaking. Very private!

Eric at Trade Direct was amazing to work with - went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and his project estimate was very competitive! While they have a large product selection in their store at every price range, Eric went out of his way to find a particular wood floor I wanted for my condo remodel. Then when we found a manufacturer's defect in the wood, he stayed on the manufacturer until everything was corrected and my beautiful floors were fully installed. I also give high marks to the installers who were great at problem-solving on site and did a perfect installation. We couldn't be happier!

My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights. It was our first visit. We stayed in the Southwest Honeymoon Suite. It was very rustic and comfortable however the furniture and fixtures are a bit "tired" and need of replacement or fixing. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that we could hear the nearby highway traffic especially the trucks but that didn't keep us awake. The bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub with a rain showerhead in the middle. It was a bit of a challenge to negotiate the tub and would be especially challenging for someone with short legs or other physical restrictions. We walked the grounds and checked out the lake and found the boats filled with water and the required life jackets in tatters so needless to say we didn't venture out in a canoe or row boat. The breakfast that is included with your stay was delightful and yummy. Jennifer (the owner) served us and Kathy prepared the meal. Both ladies are very friendly. The location of the Inn is perfect for hiking at the Pilot Mt State Park which we did. We will most likely be back.

I worked with Trade Direct over a period of six months, and they were incredibly helpful, and got us really excellent prices on tile. I did my homework and priced tile through three different vendors, and theirs was the best. Eric went above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you!!!!
