I just finished up my Cataract surgery with Dr. Gess. I can see again! PTL. The whole expereince was 10 stars! From the office visits, to the Surgery Center. All the staff went the extra mile for sure! If you need a extremely qualified eye Dr. Dr. Gess is the one!

I went through my right eye pre-op scared and very apprehensive. I was, however, rather calm during the surgery and surprised when Dr. Gess told me the surgery was completed. I was back to my old self and back at work the next morning.

Two weeks later I had my left eye surgery with same successfull outcome but without the unnecessary and unwarranted apprehension. I was and continue to admire and appreciate the professionalism, skills and quality work of Dr. Adam Gess to date

I was quite tentative about having anyone do anything to my eyes! But I approached this cataract procedure with pure trust after my wife's successful procedure by this group. I was sincerely astounded by the entire event. The surgery was painless and fascinating. The results have been nothing short of amazing from day one. Thank you, Dr. Gess and team. You kept my blood pressure down with your professionalism and brought back my eyesight with your abilities. I think I could hit a fastball, again!

I highly recommend Dr. Adam Gess and the staff at West Metro ophthalmology. My experience was first rate for my cataract surgery. When I was diagnosed I was sent to another surgeon at a different clinic. At that clinic I felt I was at a used car dealer and they were trying to sell me the optional undercoating! I eventually canceled the surgery at that clinic and waited to research a better patient experience. I found that with Dr. Gess and West Metro ophthalmology. I felt all aspects of the surgery were explained much more thoroughly with Dr. Gess. There was no pressure to add on more expensive options with Dr. Gess. All the options were explained and then the choice was up to me with Dr. Gess and the staff at West Metro ophthalmology helping me to decide.

Dr Gess and his professional staff are the absolute best! He's a wonderful, warm, and caring doctor and an excellent surgeon! I have Fuch's Dystrophy disease which required cornea transplants and cataract surgery this year in both eyes and I couldn't be happier with the results. I can see so much better now and was finally able to drive again! I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much Dr Gess for everything!
