The Birches at Trillium Woods is the most wonderful place to work. They put their residents first, care about work/life balance, and keep everyone safe. I am grateful to work for such a wonderful company and would encourage anyone to apply as it is top of the line.

The Health Center at the Birches of Trillium Woods is by far the best place to work or live, and a low stress environment, truly feels like home. I always recommend it when the opportunity pops up! The whole team is very friendly and hard working. Always clean and well kept, excellent benefits and bonuses. You are truly able to give the best care possible, working in any department. Two thumbs way up!

Thank you Trillium Woods. My dad stayed here post back surgery for 6 weeks. It was an extremely peaceful place for him to heal. A nice, new and clean facility. He had his own private shower/bathroom. A large barn door like door would open to the bathroom and transitions were seamless as they should be in ADA facilities but often are not in older facilities. The staff was nice and helpful to my dad and our family. They were always accessible and addressed any issue that arose. One of the aids used to joke and laugh with my dad and he really got to like her. I was so glad she made his stay more manageable and helped him to enjoy himself while going thru a pretty drastic and altering time in his life. They were staffed well, could help him move and get up, did a great job of giving him his medications in a timely manner and also helped him to walk down the corridors and get good exercise. This facility was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous one - that I reviewed as well. We all really appreciated it and will always return with family when need be.

Overall, this was a fine facility or my mother's transition from hospital to home. In general, professional inter-communication and communication with family members visiting was spotty. Nursing staff were professional and attentive. Support services (e,g., occupational and physical therapy, social work) were professional and very helpful, but schedules were unclear to us. Front reception desk was seldom, if ever staffed (maybe could use volunteers?). Food service was very good--great food and friendly staff. There was a nice variety of activities for all residents. Yard and garden maintenance was excellent as was interior maintenance and general upkeep (visually nice and smelled nice!). We would use this facility again if need be.

My family and I cannot began to tell how appreciative and grateful to the staff of the Birches have been during this difficult time since our Father / Grandfather has his fall. The staff have been super supportive, caring, and very attentive to his care. The facility is amazing as well! Very clean, very bright, and very safe. I highly recommend this care facility for every family! You will not be in better hands and you will feel that the staff has your back and that you are not alone in this journey. I especially want to cheer on our care staff there, especially for Wendy, Lucy, Antoinette, Fatu, Gladys, and the many others that helped so much during these last few weeks! Amazing job everyone, well done Birches, and thank you for everything!
