The staff and maintenance employees are exceptional in Avalon Wharton. They are so accommodating and their responses to issues and their follow-up are highly commendable. I am so grateful. Besides responding to issues, they are extremely nice and caring. At any given time, you can just stop and chat with them which makes me feel good. Thank you so much. So happy I live here.

I have enjoyed my time living at Avalon. The office staff (Sarah & John) have gone above and beyond to help us with our transition into our apartment from out of state. Our fridge was not cooling properly and within 2 hours, we had a new fridge. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.

I have lived in this complex for 4 months now and this building and its staff are nothing short of amazing. Sarah brought me into the building on day one and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Whether she likes it or not, she is my go-to and is always helpful! Sometimes with things that don't pertain to the building itself as well. She and John, her counterpart, always make themselves available and also always have an answer to my questions. The maintenance staff has come 3 times now within hours (or less) of making any sort of request and each time has a fix for whatever is needed within minutes. The complex is very clean, I like that it is a non-smoking environment, and all of the people living here are nice and respectful of one another. 10/10 recommend.
