I also much prefer to shop at company that’s operated out of the Midwest and is family owned. My only complaint is that 199 dollars for free shipping is a little steep if they don’t have the item I’m looking to purchase in the store. I understand shipping can be quite expensive but it would be nice if it was at least lower (maybe 99.00) to ship an item to the store.

Looking for some ice traction for our shoes ,I couldnt find the proper size on the rack for my wife, Tim took the time to search your stock and found the right size for my wife . Thanks...
