I have been seeing Dr. Sagedahl for many years. He is a very kind and insightful doctor. And the care that I received from him and his medical assistant Ally a few weeks back was nothing short of spectacular. They both made the experience easy and comfortable. Thank you.

My wife meet with Dr. Juma for the first time recently and was so excited. She found him to be the right choice for her Primary Care Physician. He was personable, listened carefully and took the time to understand her needs then met them. Thank you Dr. Juma.

I recently had to change providers. I stopped back at NW family to get a copy of a report that I needed. I wasn't sure how they would respond, since I'm now a former patient. The receptionist was SO nice and helpful! I wish I could stay with them. I don't get that kind of service at my new provider.

I liked the smaller office at the Plymouth location. Dr. Sagedahl and nurse Ally were very professional and made the procedure quick and painless. Communication before and after the procedure was timely and clear.
