  Austin was of great assistance to me after my computer crashed. He helped me find another computer, and walked me through so much of the technology that I do not understand. He is a born teacher and a whiz at computers who seems to innately know the solution to any computer problem. He offers a Remote Assistance service, and this in itself is a Godsend to us. We are in our 60's, and computers are a constant frustrating puzzle to us. We are so happy to have found Austin!

  Austin did an outstanding job for me. He upgraded my 2014 laptop to Windows 10 Professional, installed a newer version of Office and also installed a much faster solid state drive. Importantly, he spent time training and advising me, set up short cuts and answered all of my follow up questions over the next few days. He is very knowledgeable, pointed out where I could save money and where I shouldn't skimp. His work was on time and on the budget we had discussed. He was very pleasant and easy to with. I will definitely use him again.

  Excellent service. Fast service. Very knowledgeable. Great prices. You just can't go wrong. If you have been looking for someone to repair or replace your system, there is no better place to go.

  Austin is a kind person who clearly has a passion for his work. My work was performed within two days which was extremely helpful to me. He was patient in explaining in detail what work was performed and why it was necessary. He also offered for me to call him if I had any additional questions which is always nice.
  
  This is a legitimate small business where you will be dealing face to face with a real, qualified, respectful individual, which is extremely rare to find in 2018.
  
  5/5 would have computer repaired again.
