(September 2, 2021, 11:59 am)I pulled up at this chase bank location just as the store was closing in need of a cashiers check for the following day. The branch manager Kyle was so kind and walked to my car and let me know they would open the doors and take care of whatever I needed. He carried a happy birthday bag and said he was on his way to coach a little league game for his son who was celebrating his birthday that day! He proceeded to leave and I chatted with the bank teller about what I needed. Next thing I know Kyle is back in the bank because if the check needed is above a certain amount he would need to approve!! Thank goodness he did because his approval was needed. Kyle thank you for going above and beyond even on your sons birthday when you had things to do. It was a true act of kindness. The customer service I received here was incredible. My 4 year old even left with a new piggy bank and a smile on her face😊 Such a great experience. Thank you!
