Minnesota Weight Loss Clinic (MN FAT LOSS)

This plan works and is super easy to follow. Real food. No bars or shakes which I love. I love the simplicity because I can meal prep chicken breast for the week ahead, portion it up and just grab out of the freezer every day. I bring canned green beans to work and keep there because it’s simple and bring some berries each day. Lost 20lb in two months and definitely could have lost more in the two months but did some cheat meals on the weekends

I can not hype this program enough. It was so easy. NO weird foods or pills! The weight came off immediately and consistently. I had no problem sticking to the plan because the results were amazing. I lost 30.5 lbs in 60 days. going from 168 down to 137.6 In the maintenance phase I am maintaining my weight loss and enjoying all my favorite foods and buying all new clothes.

I have struggled with keeping my weight in check my entire life. I have tried so many different programs and this one was by far the easiest, most simple, program for me to follow. In terms of the time that it takes in preparing my foods, it is actually sustainable for me. The simplicity is beautiful! And, the app was also quite a bit more helpful to me than I would have imagined. I know people need to be in the right frame of mind for weight loss, but I would definitely recommend this program to those who are ready to make the decision to be more healthy. No question.

I cannot say enough about this program! I have done 2 Rounds and it is amazing. The first round I experienced so many health benefits that I reduced my cholesterol by 80 points. My lymphatic system improved so much and my energy was back. The second round have shown me even more as I recently took a vacation with my grandchildren to Disney World and was able to keep up with them all and never had feet, leg or back problems and my energy level was better than it was 10 years ago. I can say the program is easy to follow and it really does impact your life and the choices you make as they become a habit and you don't even realize that you are eating healthier and making better choices - even on vacation! I definitely recommend and I will continue the program and working with them until I have reached my ultimate goal!
