I don’t know where to start about the amazing experience we had with Joe. From the beginning he was knowledgeable, realistic and persistent. I came to find that you need your realtor to have these qualities. He always had our families best interest, and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted/needed. His patience and energy is unmatched. We had so many questions being first time buyers, he went above and beyond to get our questions answered. When things got tough with our lender and builder, he was right there to reassure us and was our biggest advocate. (He means business when it comes to his clients).
