The maintenance is great
The office management is responsive and professional
As a resident, I am impressed with the on site staffing. Unit repair requests are responded to within 24hr with a time and day that work can be done, often within 2 days. The rent price is great for the quality of accessible exercise room, pool, hot tub, library, movie theater room, and two different club rooms for large party events. Office staff are in Mon-Sat to receive (and protect!) large box mail delivery. One reserved underground parkin spot is available, just a little tricky to use in winter as the hill out of the parking ramp is steep and prone to freezing over. Three access doors mean quick entry near unit. Elevators make move in/out much easier. Trash chutes available at wings for easier waste disposal.
Cute apartment complex, clean and well kept. They seem to have pretty nice amenities. I look forward to seeing how this property is during the spring.
I lived at Stonehill for approximately one year. Every member of the staff is professional and very kind. They were very flexible with my move in and move out times in addition to any maintenance issues that I experienced (which were not many). The property itself is made up of some great tenants and it truly does feel like a community. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond to any issues and accommodated my cat along the way. Overall I'd recommend this property to anyone young or old who is looking for a quality apartment at a competitive price, that has phenomenal staff, great neighbors and close access to awesome retail.
