Our daughter has been in Little Flowers for two years now, and my wife and I are very impressed! Preethy has instilled a culture of excellence in the staff. On many occasions, Preethy has made decisions that make more work for herself and the LF staff but which help the students. For example, our daughter was potty trained within a few weeks of starting LF with very little work on our end. Our daughter has a "can do" attitude which is in large part is attributed to the culture of the school. We have been impressed with how COVID-19 was handled....Perhaps, most importantly, however, our daughter truly loves going to school and misses it when school is closed. That to us, speaks volumes! Thank you LF!
Several years ago, before we had children of our own, my wife and I were so very impressed with the development of our friend's children. They were kind, independent, well spoken, and developed far beyond their ages. The mother of these children always gave lots of credit to Little Flowers. 10 years later when we finally had our first child, we decided to enroll her there at 18 months. This was the best decision we have made as parents to date. This is a school, not a daycare, and it is not a fake Montessori. Children are learning and working the Montessori way and begin potty training from the first day they walk in. When people meet my little one they cannot believe she is only 3. The owner of the school is one of the kindest and gentle people I know. My little one loves her and the rest of the staff at Little Flowers. I urge anyone who wants their child to learn how to learn, and how to find joy in working hard, to take a serious look at Little Flowers, they do amazing things there.
We’re extremely fortunate in that we have grandparents who watch our boys. So when we chose to enroll our oldest in Little Flowers, it was not for child care. We wanted a place that would foster a love of learning and instill independence. The growth and development we’ve seen in just 5 months has surpassed all our expectations. There is so much pride and joy in his “independence” (he was potty trained in a few weeks at the age of two, he can get dressed on his own, etc.). His language has exploded - the shy little boy has turned into a charming, well-mannered wee man and most importantly, he absolutely loves going to school. The teachers are incredibly kind, highly competent and have a genuine interest in the children. The student population is multi-dimensionally diverse and the parent community is incredibly supportive. We look forward to the years ahead and the time when we can enroll our youngest in Little Flowers.
Little Flowers Montessori is a wonderful true Montessori school--AMI accredited with highly trained and experienced teachers. We tried another "Montessori" daycare (not accredited) with our oldest child and were very disappointed. We've been so happy to have our youngest at Little Flowers. The smaller, family-like environment gives the stability and warmth young children need to flourish.
Putting my daughter into Little Flowers Montessori was one of the best decisions we made in our life. My wife and I are 100% satisfied and proud of this decision.
We are so happy to see how our daughter blossomed into just great little individual who is confident, open, caring and loving.
The principal and the staff members are very committed to the Maria Montessori School/Teaching System. We have a lot respect for them, especially for the principal. She is highly dedicated, committed and motivated to the cause of the invaluable Montessori way of teaching and molding the kids into beautiful individuals.
And if I am not wrong, she happens to be one of the few out there who was directly trained and taught by the very students of Madam Maria Montessori herself.
The school itself has a great set up with nice rooms, and an awesome back yard for the kids to have a great outdoor environment and enjoy the nature.
We have no doubt in our mind about the value this beautiful school, the principal and the staff bring to the kids and thereby also to their parents.
It provided a perfect start for my daughter. She misses the school, her friends and her teacher very much.
We highly recommend this school to anybody who is looking for a Montessori for their kid(s).
