Chelsea Park Apartments

Been living here for almost a year now and my fiance and I feel right at home! Christina, who was the property manager as of a month or so ago, was AMAZING! Always very helpful, attentive and the most friendliest person ever. Our new property manager, Jackie is also awesome! All the neighbors are friendly, as well as respectful. The place is very well kept with all staff being just as nice and attentive as management. There's lots of stores and restaurants nearby, along with a lake right behind, so it's a great location. Very kid and pet friendly. Only downside would be having to need quarters for laundry, but most definitely not a deal breaker!

5/5. Look, I love this place and I am scared my next home won't be as inviting. Chelsea park is not a luxury home with half witted frat bros and trust fund kids. Its a dose of realness with proper and just functions. Things work properly, fixed on time and everyone around the building can articulate greetings and farewells. The price is fair and the lake provides a ton of benefits. If I were you I'd rent a garage stall cuz you can wash for free in there plus groceries are for sure 1 trip w/ a cart.

Ive seen two property managers since ive been here. Both super friendly. Only con that almost knocked a star off would be the washer on my floor kept breaking but they went full send and fixed it. Great commumity here and its no secret most the folks are long term residents...

I moved in on June of 2019. Chelsea Park has awesome management and staff! Everyone is super friend and accommodating. I love living in this apartment, my kids do as well! Everything is nice and the apartment is spacious. We enjoy the heated outdoor pool and the underground parking as well!

I am happy about my first time renting with Chelsea Park. I have never had a complaint that was not taken care of as soon as possible. Friendly staff, quiet, outdoor pool and lake view. Each apartment also has their own balcony. Can't complain :)
