Quick Roadside Assistance

After a disappointing 10 hours experience with some other roadside assistance companies who never showed up, I came across Quick Roadside Assistance and Marcus came to my house to change a flat tire in less than 30 minutes! Wow! I wish I called him first instead of trying others.
Promt, professional, friendly, reasonably priced Marcus is now in my contact list to call first if something like that happens again.

Marcus is incredible. He has great customer service and just seems like a guy who is always in a good mood. Both times I’ve called him for help he’s been able to come over to my house in under 2 hours. Don’t even consider looking elsewhere, this guy rocks.

Marcus was great!! He was at my house about twenty minutes after I called roadside assistance and was super helpful. In addition to jumping my battery he was able to check the ‘health’ of my battery which was really poor. He was able to replace my battery same day and I could pay via CC. Super convenient and helpful on Memorial Day when other places were closed.

Called after seeing many great reviews and my experience was definitely no exception! Marcus gave me the price over the phone and his eta which as was about a half hour, didn’t even feel like 15 minutes and he was there to save the day. He jumped my car, tested my battery, & even tightened a lose connection for me. Over all he went above and beyond & I’m extremely pleased with service provided. And due to my luck with cars, I’m sure his other services will come in handy.
