We cannot thank you enough for the amazing work you and your team did for us! It’s hard to believe that this is our home and that it’s all over.

You told us when we first met that you wouldn’t send anyone into our home that you wouldn’t trust in your own home, and we can see that to be true. Each subcontractor and crew member that walked into our home worked hard, didn’t mind me getting in their way occasionally, since I work from home, and was respectful.

Ali’s design work was amazing. She helped us pick out the perfect finishes to bring the design to life. Adam was an amazing project manager. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly committed to providing the highest quality work.

The fact that our kitchen remodel is done on the exact date you told us it would be makes the last 8 weeks totally worth it. I kind of miss the chaos but am happy to be back in our new space cooking real meals. We are so happy we chose J Brothers and will do it again for whatever major project we come up with next!

JBrothers built our home and recently completed a new master suite. They have been wonderful to work with both times, and we plan on working with them again in the future to build and finish an attached garage/FROG.

Carrie's eye for design and practicality was super valuable to us. I had many (too many) ideas and constraints with building an eco-friendly home. Carrie helped us get there, while also suggesting ideas and finishes we now love. She helped us design a beautiful, practical home meeting our (many) needs.

The rest of the crew does impeccable work as well. We appreciated the communication, tidiness and attention to detail, which says a lot coming from self-dubbed "clean freaks". They work with great subs who do high quality work. We plan on this being our forever home, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

We used J. Brothers in the summer/fall of 2021 to remodel our unfinished basement. We gave them our "non-negotiables", the wish list and budget and they delivered! What I loved most about J. Brothers is their willingness to really work with us to help us understand trade offs - so we could get more of our wish list incorporated, stay within budget while still using high quality materials to ensure we have a long lasting, well preserved basement.

The team is the #1 reason I'd work with them again (and you can read more about that below...). But #2 would be because they partner with local vendors. The flooring, the cabinets, stonework. We didn't use Home Depot or other huge retailers. We used local businesses, putting our money back into our community - which I love!

The J.Bros team is so wonderful to work with - they truly are a family team. We engaged with so many of their team - Chuck (owner) who would periodically check in on the progress and team, Carrie (design) who brought our vision to life in an even better way (as I have no idea how to make an area look beautiful - it was all her and I so appreciate her skills!!!), Mitch & Brian (our main Project Managers) who we saw the most - giving us updates of what to expect, what was working, what we might need to change or think about. They were in & out of our house for 6+ wks but it never seemed like an inconvenience because they were so lovely to work with. I think our dog was a little sad when they left because there were less people to pay attention to her.

I am so pleased with our basement and the process, having worked with JBros. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

We have had the joy of working with J Brothers twice. Several years ago they finished our basement and it is now a wonderful living space where we spend a lot of time. Just recently we hired them again to completely remodel our kitchen and it's a dream come true. The workmanship and professionalism can't be beat. Having Carrie's design expertise was a huge blessing. The crew was always on time, and very respectful. Chuck, Mitch, Carrie and Adam feel like family to us. We are so happy to have the kitchen completed, but we miss having them around! We look forward to our next project which will undoubtedly be done by no one but J Brothers!

J Brothers completed a remodel of our main floor in 2021 including complete kitchen redesign, updated bath and mudroom, and refinished flooring. From our first meeting with Chuck and Carrie, the care and integrity they approach their business with was clear. Being the first major remodel we had embarked on, their whole team made the process painless and actually enjoyable. Every single team member and contractor operating as part of the project were great to work with. Above all else, Mitch and team stuck to a very aggressive timeline and came in on initial budget. No small feat in the Covid environment we were living under at the time. Hands down we will use them for any renovation moving forward and have offered up their contact info to many family and friends without hesitation.
