I had a bad shoulder which I nursed along for several months, had other care and seen physicians about. It wasn't good! I started a prescription training program for ten weeks and endured the process of strength building. I haven't had the pain or the problem since I completed the ten week training. I'm happy to say I will be investing in another ten week training right away to build strength in the areas I need to progress to another level in my health goals.
