Jim took the time to show me how to plug the few holes myself, but not my cup of tea, so he was gracious enough to stay a little longer and plugged them for me. I would highly recommend Jim “The Bug Guys” for any of your critter issues!!!! Thanks Jim!!

He walked me through everything he was going to do, explained how it all works, and sealed up all the places the mice were likely getting in. He came over exactly when he said he was coming and was prompt and so kind. Highly recommended!
