Certified Auto came up on a web search and I am happy to say the search engine didn't fail me this time. Mark and the crew have been amazing with any problems or work I have needed done. Will recommend them to anyone.
(October 27, 2022, 10:42 am)When going to a auto shop I always am afraid I am going to be talked down to or given an unfair price. But that is the opposite of what happened here, they are all very friendly and happy to explain what the problems is with the vehicle and the solution to fix it. I had just purchased a 1991 camper van and wanted them to check it out before I took in on a long distance trip. They checked it over very thoroughly and called with updates. Also before they did anything they called to confirm that was what I wanted. Overall a great experience and will recommend them to everyone.
(October 25, 2022, 9:45 am)The whole crew at Certified, from the warm welcome to follow up, has been very patient and helpful. They've taken time to fix all issues with our older vehicles. We have a stubborn Subaru and a cranky Jeep and want to keep them until they drop. We are always going to come here to have the best service around!
(August 16, 2022, 11:26 am)Brought in our Land Rover LR4 for coolant leak. The team at Certified diagnosed the root cause and resolved the issue. They also provided transparency guidance on other items (I.e. spark plugs) that didn’t have to be done right away—didn’t try to oversell on other repairs. We’ll be bringing our Land Rover back here in the future and recommend them!
