Zerorez of Minnesota

Dan was early to the appointment and had called ahead to inform me he would be early, which was a nice surprise considering I assumed the tech would be coming later in the morning. He reviewed the plan and the services I had requested and got right to work. He was very respectful and understanding of me and my requests. He did an excellent job! He offered me extra services that were not originally included, but explained his reasoning, was upfront with the costs and allowed me to make the decision on my own rather than pushing the extra services on me the customer. He was very thorough in explaining recommendations to treat my carpets, as well. I have three kids and a dog so the carpets were in very bad condition. I was skeptical of all of the ads for Zerorez because I figured it was too good to be true. However, I am extremely satisfied with the services. Before Zerorez, I was thinking of replacing these carpets because they were in such poor condition; however, I no longer need to replace them. They look fantastic!

Seth explained all the work before beginning and shared important steps for us to follow after the cleaning. He let us know about a product to deal with pet stains better, which we purchased from him. After the service, he walked us through everything and answered our questions. It was a very good experience, and Seth was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely careful in our home. Highly recommend. This is our second time using Zerorez, and both times have been great with excellent results.

I scheduled 4 days in advance and was able to get the time slot I wanted. Jeff was my cleaner and he called to tell me he was done with his prior job a bit early and asked if he could come by. It worked out great. He was prompt and very polite. My job was way bigger than I filled out on line so he gave me a new estimate that I was well satisfied with. My carpet is 14 years old and looks great after Zerorez! Highly recommend. Thanks!

Today we had both our furnace ducts and carpets cleaned. Juan, who did our ducts called w good advance notice of when he would be here. He walked through with me and my husband to explain the process. He shared some additional maintenance tips and completed the job efficiently despite us chatting w him 😀. We were amazed w the video he took of the results. Jeff, who cleaned our carpet was able to come earlier than planned (just after ducts cleaned) which freed up half my day! He quickly assessed the pet issues and explained the cleaning process. He then helped move some furniture and efficiently completed the cleaning. Highly impressed by both!

Everything was wonderful right from the start. The person who took my reservation was very polite and accommodating. I definitely recommend calling them for an appointment instead of scheduling on the website. I was able to get an appointment much sooner.
The technician, Reginald, was perfect. He was also polite and personable. He explained everything before, during and after the service. He worked REALLY hard scrubbing out stains and making sure everything was as clean as he could possibly get it.
