They replaced both plastic and metal zippers for me, on two different jackets, plus even a little pocket zipper. For environmental sustainability, continuing to use your winter jacket is a great idea!

Nicest people, very affordable, great craftsmanship. I've taken bridesmaid dresses and ethnic clothes in various fabrics here and am always impressed with the quality for the price.
