Citizens Independent Bank

Started banking here because a friend recommended them and they were a convenient banking location for my family. We have since moved a good distance away and we still only bank at Citizens because of the amazing VP Michelle Jones. She is great to work with, direct, personable, and takes the time to help. The tellers are always cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for a better banking experience.

They provided very personalized service. When you call them a real person answers the phone introducing themselves asking "How may I help you?" This is very refreshing. I recently had the need to meet with a banker to resolve an issue. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally with a thorough follow up. My personal Thank You ! to Michelle J.

To the person, I've always been impressed with the staff here. They are exceptionally customer-focused, and I also like that they promote from within. Highly recommended.
