“I actually had a previous poor experience at the OTHER D&D in St. Louis Park, yet I had heard so much good about the company in the past I was sure that was a 1 time deal. Turns out, I was right! I dropped my car off at the Minnetonka Blvd location and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had an idea about what might be going wrong with my vehicle and when I brought it in, Thomas at D&D was very straight forward and honest about what would have to get done. He described what issues could be fixed and how much that would cost, and eventually detailed what needed to get fixed immediately - versus later on. I opted for just getting done what needed to get fixed immediately and he didn't try to shame me into repairing more just to get more money off of me. I told someone about how much the repair was gonna cost me and they were blown away it could be done for so low. Overall, it was good service for a fair price. What more do you need?”

“Dry cleaning in two days. I had two suits and it was under $15. Cheap, convenient, and getting the job done is what I look for with dry cleaning and this did all of those. Both suits were ready on time and clean. Was hesitant with no reviews on Google, but it looks like they've been around a long time and have good reviews on other sites. “There wasn't anything surprising about this Kohl's store. They have an Amazon return section but it was unstaffed so we went to the very back where customer service would be and they were working there. I'm not sure if it was for them to promote social distancing but I don't think it would have made a difference. It was really easy to do our return and ship there for Amazon but other than that I didn't see anything special. They have plenty of items there for clothes luggage and even cooking machines.”

“My visits have been friendly and helpful. Staff always cheerful with my sister. They help with dressing, guide her walking and any help needed. She enjoys music the news and exercising her memory. Meals are nutritious and balanced & tasty. Residents are able to enjoy outdoors at times with supervised aids. The residence is kept very sanitary with comfy recliners for TV watching and shared cozy bedroom with a roommate. Only I would ask for Sunday Church and some entertainment/ Activity time. Which they may provide, I just never witnessed. Angie Holzinger”
