Carrick Tonka Bay

Not only are the finishes, amenities, and location are amazing, but our property manager and maintenance guru make the Carrick feel like a home! It wasn't our plan to live someplace else, but we are thrilled to call The Carrick home for the next several months.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Carrick Tonka Bay! The apartment layout, amenities, staff, and community are phenomenal. The location is perfect - very close to Excelsior and I love having Hazelwood restaurant and Country Club Lanes for bowling next door!

I love living at the Carrick! It’s style and location are the perfect combination to fit my lifestyle. Just minutes from Excelsior, the Carrick offers luxury living close to Lake Minnetonka. The brand new apartments are beautiful and there are several floor plans to pick from. Underground parking is a great perk too!

I just moved into the Tonka Bay Carrick Apartments and love the new environment and the people I met here on my first day. Shad is great to work with and he took care of me during the transition. He made my move easier and I was thankful he is the Manager here. The gym and the coffee bar is a hit, bonus on the heated garage and bike rack. It is easy to leave and enter the building and mail room with the electronic system they have in place. The apartment is great and nicely designed for the size, it is perfect for me. Thanks Shad

Recently moved to MN and am absolutely thrilled with my choice to live at Carrick in Tonka Bay. The staff is incredibly responsive and facilities are top notch - can’t wait to enjoy the outdoor space this summer! Shad is a great property manager and everyone I’ve met has been so friendly! Highly recommend!
