Woman at front desk this morning was very positive and energetic, which took the nerves off a bit. The IV nurse met with me in waiting room and explained the process in an extremely calm and kind manner. Once they were ready for me, he again reassured me that all I had to do was relax. I wish I got a chance to thank him after I was done! As well as thank my surgeon! It was a very smooth process with caring staff.
