Super staff and very knowledgeable too, if you cant find what your looking for they will point you in the right direction always, free popcorn for you and the kids when you come, just dont blame them when it gets stuck in your teeth. That is a self serve, at your own risk type of endeavor. But its so good.. huge bonus too now is that this store has a massive selection of YETI gear and I'm absolutely loving that stuff. (August 25, 2021, 7:18 pm)Wow, this place just made a new local regular out of me. My 3 year old was very tired and cranky, and we had to stop by for some stuff after school. Immediately upon entering, the nicest employee names Jon offered her a cup of water to help with her hiccups…and she instantly felt better.
They made our key duplicates, brought the water softener salt to our car - amazing service. It made my afternoon so much easier. Thank you to the whole team there!!!

I interacted with multiple employees inside the Navarre store, and EVERY SINGLE one of them was kind, respectful, and very appreciative of my patronage. Clearly they understand business, customer service, and human rights. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have my business for life!
(June 10, 2017, 2:34 pm)Customer service is excellent. I'm new to the community and have been in the store multiple times in the last few months. Even when it's busy, I've always been greeted with a hello. At each visit, someone has gone out of there way to ask if I need assistance finding what I'm looking for in the store. Very impressive customer service. They'll have my business going forward.
