“Drove here from Sioux Falls South Dakota, they still had rims thankfully..I checked the room out before coming inside and it lived up to the Super 8 name. I normally never sit on toilets or put my feet in the showers of motel tubs without shoes on but let me tell you the room I got was absolutely IMMACULATE. I got a non smoking room and there was no smokey smell, bed was clean with several big pillows which looked and smelled like they were freshly washed..,bathroom was SPOTLESS and there were several towels(6) which were nicely and neatly folded.. since I paid with a debit card the $50 deposit was waived. There was a security guard at the front... No people standing outside and the only traffic were people checking in( I know because I left and came several times throughout the night), the place does smell like a dispensary upstairs in the hallways(probably because people smoke inside their rooms) but it didn't bother me and I couldn't smell it once I was inside my room... The back doors do lock at night so you have to use the front entrance but your guests who aren't spending the night (if you have any) can just walk in and come to your room without being hassled or having to check in which was great. The place was also quiet and peaceful. The sad thing is after reading the reviews about this place I started to go somewhere else but my intuition led me here and told me to stay. I am happy with my decision and I will definitely be stay here the next time I come to Minneapolis.”
