My carpet is 20 years old and I can't express how good it looks. The three (3) technicians were very friendly, professional and took their time cleaning the carpets. “My dad recently passed away but lived here the last several years of his life. I live out of state but when I visited he told me he was very happy and well taken care of at Mission. He mentioned he once considered transferring to another facility after a disagreement with administration (he didn't like one of the rules) but said he realized this was the best place for him, apologized and decided to stay. The staff was very kind, compassionate, and helpful especially after dad's death. My brother and I could tell they really cared. My only suggestion would be streamlining the process for gathering deceased residents' property. Otherwise, I highly recommend this facility.”

“Went in for a covid test required by my employer. I was feeling fatigued and sure it was a prior condition flaring up. Dr. Evelsizer made me feel really comfortable and genuinely cared for. He didn't judge me for not having insurance. He told me I was negative for covid and then sat and discussed further options I had. He gave me helpful information relating to my concerns. If it wasn't for the fact that The Urgency Room doesn't work that way, I wouldn't mind having Dr. Evelsizer as my primary care doctor.”

“My grandmother has been here for a couple of years now and she loves it. Amy helped us get our grandmother settled in and she was polite and helpful during the process. We picked this place because there are no hidden fees. They provide the room, meals, laundry, cleaning, daily activities and transportation to wal-mart, church, and doctor appointments. We went up for lunch yesterday and it was the best lunches ever. The food came out hot and it was fresh. The servers are always so pleasant and friendly. They only charge $5 for a guest lunch which is very reasonable. The Director walks around greeting people and making sure you have everything you need. When we were there last month we showed him something that needed fixed and he had someone fix it right away. They take my grandmother to the store, to medical appointments, church and the occasional tour of local areas. There is a beautiful courtyard that always has something blooming. They do such a nice job keeping the grounds looking nice. She really enjoys the daily exercise class and the weekly card games. I know that they have craft sessions and they have entertainment come in, and theme days and family days.”
