After the test a demo pair of hearing aids were used for me to try. The test results were programmed into the demo hearing aids via computer link. The program was specific to my hearing loss. Then helped load and train me on how to use the TruHearing app for my phone. Pretty simple function to learn. But you do not need it. It just adds more on the fly adjustments you can do in different hearing situations. I have not had my hearing aids long enough to give a strong opinion about the app. But it looks like “how could I live without it?” Sound Hearing really helped me and put me at ease about hearing loss and wearing hearing aids. They instructed on how to wear, remove, clean when needed and use of the charger. I left with full understanding within one hour. No pressure or hurried instructions.
