“I was suffering from severe Achilles tendinitis for about 9 months. I had seen my family doctor as well as a surgeon who recommended surgery to remove the tendon from my toe to replace the compromised Achilles’ tendon. The day before the scheduled surgery I canceled it. I believed that I had not researched all options. I learned of Orthology at the Southdale YMCA. After just one visit there was profound improvement. The physical therapist, Haley, is thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to hear exactly what is going on with me and addresses the issue until it is resolved. After just a couple of weeks I am walking pain free AND I avoided surgery! It’s incredible!”

“Kathy and Dr. Brooks were very easy to talk to and were both very personable. Kathy was detail oriented and ensured that all procedures were completed thoroughly and thoughtfully. I did not experience any major pain or discomfort during the WHOLE cleaning and exam! Dr. Brooks took his time and explained any and all questions that I had -- which Kathy had previously prepared me for! Although both were wearing masks (and at times face shields) a smile was definitely noticed from both during the visit. Smiles For Life should be considered for anyone hoping to have a detailed exam all while being surrounded by competent front desk staff, hygienists, and provider! I was not disappointed with my visit with this team.”

“I highly recommend Kyle for personal training! He definitely challenges me, but not too much. I love that he keeps a close eye on my form so that I’m getting the most out of my workout and not doing anything to injure myself. To be honest, I was a little concerned with going to someone younger than I and super fit (I am 59 yrs old and out of shape!), but he is always kind, encouraging and doesn’t do any shaming, which makes me motivated to keep coming back! I also think he would be excellent with those who are younger, super strong or athletic. One other thing! In these days of covid, I feel very safe as there are always very few people there at one time and it is very well ventilated!”
