I went last Wed 2/23 around 6pm and the two employees were kind enough to ask if I needed any assistance, which I very much so did as I was attempting to bleach my hair on my own for the first time. They were happy to help me pick the right products for what I was doing and shared their own experiences. They were both pleasant and helpful. Without them I'm certain I would have wrecked my hair.
