The customer service is wonderful. Cliff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I could purchase the bags, filters and belts online for a bit cheaper but supporting local small businesses is vital to our communities.

This is the best place to buy a vacuum. Cliff is a very nice guy who knows everything about vacuums. We bought a vacuum from him about ten years ago and it still performs like new. He has vacuums that outperform anything you would find in a big box store. I also buy my vacuum bags and belts from him. All genuine parts that match Amazon's prices.
