Good place to buy tires, guaranteed is good they do rotation with out charge

They do great work and nobody beats Costco’s price on quality tires but this location (the only one I’m familiar with) is critically and perpetually understaffed. This is NOT the fault of the mechanics- they are doing their best- this is a management and staffing issue.

The reception desk is often unmanned, even if there are customers waiting. You can only hope that someone spots you from across the room while they are trying to get their current work done. If you call on the phone, it may ring a few dozen times or someone picks up to put you on hold for 10 minutes.

I will continue to come here because the prices are good and I’m fortunate enough to have coworkers who will shuttle me back and forth, but if your time is short, go elsewhere.
