We were traveling 45 mins to look at houses, so he made sure our time was well spent. He would stop by our new house to update us on the progress so we didn't have to travel. He even helped us unload our truck and introduced us to our neighbors. He has a great team he works with and referred us to a great Loan Officer. Ashley is the first and only counselor who has ever made me feel “seen” and “heard.” I recommend her 1000% if you’re struggling - she will listen with empathy, teach you invaluable skills, and cheer you on! She takes pride in helping her clients and I am so grateful for her. Take the 1-star reviews with a grain of salt; they all seem to be billing related, but in my experience, there’s been NOTHING but clear communication, both written and verbally, about what to expect for billing.
