The ladies were very polite, friendly and took care of the problem without a charge. I will be going back and giving them another try again the ones that touched up the hair did a great job. The lady that did my hair the 1st go around was very polite and friendly. I don't know if it was a bad day for her or if she was sidetracked but she has cut it perfectly in the past.
