I reached out on a Friday to get my oil changed the next week. They responded back really quick and got me in early that Monday. The staff is so friendly, I will be going back for sure.

We had a four wheel alignment done. Service was fast. We were able to get in right away while all other shops were 2 weeks out. Communication is top notch. We will keep returning.

Rum river auto is hands down the best shop I have been to in the Princeton area! They have worked on my wife's escape twice and nothing less then 100% excellents! I was very happy with the service at Rum River Automotive. I needed a loaner to drive while the work was completed on my vehicle and they were able to provide that. All my questions were answered and my car runs great again. Pricing was transparent. Tom even stayed late to accommodate me picking up my car on a Friday evening so I would have it for the weekend.
