(October 22, 2020, 10:07 pm)I had workers comp issue and was being put through all intense purposes what I consider discrimination by my employer, workers comp insurance company.
In looking for an attorney I sent a few emails. Atkinson Gerber law responded within an hour and it was after 6pm.
Dana Gerber was my attorney and I could not have been happier with any other attorney. She immediately met with me and went over the series of events that lead to my injuries. She dealt with everything not only professionally but very patient, caring, kind and informational. She took the time to explain all the events going on with the lawsuit. I was confident in her knowledge and skills.

The communication between myself and all parties involved was great.Every actions that was done on my case were explained in depth with to me before they proceeded with that action. They have an amazing team of lawyers and paralegals working at the office. I highly recommend anyone that has worker compensation claim to go with this law firm.
(June 11, 2020, 8:26 pm)Tom knows his stuff!!! Went to him for help based off a reference from a buddy, in regards to a work comp injury and he laid out for me what to expect. He was dead on! 100% accurate with how the insurance company and employer responded. It’s nice to have someone in your corner who isn’t trying to take you on a ride. Communication is great, knowledge is there, and the reassurance tops it off! No doubt about it, if your on fence and need help getting to greener grass, call Tom!
