  We had multiple bleach spots on our expensive carpet from it being cleaned by a well known & reputable company. No one would take responsibility for it. So we hired Parrot Carpet to dye it. John worked many hours to make it look new again. He was very pleasant & easy to work with. We will be hiring him when we need our carpet cleaned next time. I can't say enough good about the job he did.

  Jon's knowledge & expertise were impressive. I reached out to Jon after spilling paint on my carpet. I tried scrubbing and carpet cleaning and it made no difference. I thought I needed carpet dyeing and that's when Jon educated me on the difference between a spot and a stain :) He was able to remove the 'spot' without dyeing and saved me money in the process. Great customer experience and I highly recommend him if you need any service on your rugs or carpets.

  We have used Parrot Rug Cleaning and Dyeing (same owner as Stand Out Carpet Cleaning) for our apartment complexes for years - they always do a great job. The last job had a MAJOR smoke smell and carpet stains - Jon made the smell and stains disappear!

  We had used another company for years to clean our area rugs. We found Parrot Rug Cleaning while going through the Minneapolis Home show this winter. So we decided to give them a try. They did a far better job at cleaning, than the company we had been using. We also had a rug that had a lot of bad spots that needed to be dyed. We had been told there was nothing we could do to fix them. Parrot Rug did a GREAT job at hand dyeing each spot and making it hard to find where the damage had been. If you have rugs that need restoration/dyeing, this is the place to go to! This is now our new go to place for all our area rugs needs in the future.

  I own an environmental remediation company and one of my crew dripped a peroxide based product we use on a customers carpet, which needless to say left spots. Jon came out and matched the spots perfectly with the existing color. I would highly recommend him and his company for any project. Very professional!
