I found Joe C. very knowledgeable about the new equipment that I was interested in and ultimately purchased and had them installed. As a spinal cord injured person of 50 years, I have had many experiences having my specific needs both met and misunderstood then ultimately not met. The customer service and experience Joe and the other staff demonstrated was professional and up to date.
