Being an amputee for over 5 years now, I have been to 2 other prosthetic clinics prior to coming to Tillges. The difference is night and day! At Tillges you are not rushed, you are listened to and you are treated with so much respect and understanding.
Prior to coming to Tillges I had a leg that was excruciating to wear and when I did wear it, I looked ridiculous. I have had my new Tillges leg now for 5 days and I am walking again -- pain free!!!!!! Life is fun again. I am really so pleased with my leg and so very grateful that I found Tillges online!!!
Wonderful all across the board. Top of the line products, custom fit (adj prn) Knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional staff.
For years, had to rely on canes and bulky bracing that did not allow rehabilitation, that paired with the Complex Regional Pain Syndrome had placed my entire livelihood on hold. With the help of Tillges and a modified KAFO brace, I am finally mobile with continuing forward progress, which is something many did not foresee - had been placed in numerous pain clinics, tried scores and scores of therapies, rehabs, acupuncture/pressures, prolotherapy /regenerative injection, trigger points, epidurals (the list goes on) Had been told to accept my previous situation. I will not - with the help of KAFO/Tillges we ARE moving forward.
Would Highly Recommend.
Making the decision to amputate was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I struggled with it a great deal. Bob was determined to help me. He told me to come in just to talk so he could at least explain my options if I chose to amputate. He answered anything that crossed my mind. He made it clear that he would be there for me regardless. He treated me like a caring friend not a possible patient. I ended up going through with the amputation. Then I started working with Mike. Once again I was treated like a friend not a patient. I have had alot of physical and mental up and downs on this journey. Mike has done everything in his power to do whatever he could to make it easier for me. It is like you become part of a family when you walk through those doors. I have never felt like a chart number or an appointment time slot. To be honest I haven't really even felt like a patient but among people who just want to help me and really care and love what they do. I would urge anyone looking for prosthetic needs to go to Tillges. You won't regret it!
My mother Lydia has been going here for over 20 years.Robert and his sons Steve,Dave and Mike and the wonderful staff are very loving and caring it's as if we are ALL family, they are right there in it with you to help If there's any adjustments needed any questions they get you in for a appointment
I have been going to Tillges for many years. Their customer service is some of the best I've seen in the health care industry. They do quality work, have quality products and truly care about their customers. Huge shout out to Steve Tillges for his outstanding work and customer service!
