Super appreciative that they were able to get us in on short notice. Haven't brought a dog here in over ten years. Recently got a new dog and fit us in for an ear infection and yearly exam. Staff are great here.

My fur baby died in the car on her way to our appointment.
My daughter and I ran in the door crying, we we brought into a room immediately, the Vet looked at Daisy and let us know she most likely had cancer.
The staff took great care of us and made a clay paw & even mailed a sympathy card.

Brighton veterinary hospital is easily one of the best veterinary hospitals I have ever gone to. The quality of care you receive for your pet is easily the best possible. We had began going to this vet because we lived in New Brighton; we moved to Wyoming, MN a year and a half ago & no matter how far away we live we will continue to visit Brighton. At Brighton we know our dogs will be cared for the way they deserve to be at a very reasonable cost. Keith Hedges is an amazing Vet and just an all around wonderful person; he has always done everything he can to make our dogs as comfortable and cared for as possible. Thank you to the entire Brighton team for your outstanding service and always giving us the peace of mind knowing that our dogs are in great care when they are in your hands.

We have been taking our dogs ( and a cat more recently) to Dr. Hedges for more than 20 years. In that time we have come to trust him and his very capable staff. They all care about the animals that come to them. Everyone there will give you a straight answer to a question. Dr. Hedges and the other vets working there will explain what is going on, give you options if they are available. And we have never felt that we were overcharged. I highly recommend them to anyone with small animals.
