Great company to work for. Responsive management. Constantly finding ways to improve the efficiency of their business. Personalized training and placements, with regard for your comfort level and that of the individuals. I previously worked as a full-time aide. I would definitely consider returning part-time, if my schedule allows, because I loved offering a service to individuals who may need or want a little help! Being a caregiver can be tough, but Bridges Aid Services understands “it takes a village”. As a home health aide, expect to do your part sustaining that village for your individuals (and your work team)!
