Avid Hotel Roseville - Minneapolis North

We’re traveling with a dog and an elderly woman we’re taking care of. Let us use wheel chair to transport her up the elevators. Had to stop here overnight. We have a long drive. Not a gourmet breakfast but very GOOD choices, variety of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Great coffee. Pet friendly. Fridge in room. WONDERFUL shower. Two beds in our room. My husband and I stayed in one and her an the pup slept in the other. Very good and clean place no odors as I am keen to smells. Large TV has the cooking channel so I’m happy. GOOD HEAT, hot water. Overall I’m impressed for a couple bucks. Well done staff. Oh yes they’re very friendly too both of the clerks we had interaction with.

Phenomenal staff, clean inviting hotel. Clearly upholding the new normal of cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of Covid. Definitely a new concept hotel, reminds me of Europe. Simple elegant rooms that serve the purpose intended. Staff A+++. A hotel can only be as good as the people that represent it and make you feel @ home away from home. Management, great job!

I stayed for 3 nights, it was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet when I needed to work in the room. I was thankful for the mini fridge for the room as well. They also had a tasty breakfast that I ate everyday. Avid is priced right too.

New, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the European-style rooms and the flooring- much cleaner than hotels with carpeting. The technology was great, providing the option to stream. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, with a great shower. Personally, I sleep best when the room is very dark. I have never been to a hotel with great curtains and am amazed at the shades in these rooms! I love the convenience of the local Walmart, nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway.
