(June 23, 2020, 1:35 pm)Salesman was straightforward and professional. Took over 4 months to get our bath/shower installed, mostly due though to the pandemic. Installation was done in 2 days, installer(Scott) was polite and professional. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend to others.

Our estimator did an excellent job with the price quotes and since we were returning customers gave us the same price as 3 years ago. Dave is incredible and did an excellent job installing our new unit. He ran into unexpected issues and kept a positive attitude. He kept us well informed of the issues and timeline. He worked long hours to get it completed In the 2 day timeline despite the issues. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Would highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone looking for a bathroom update.
(June 12, 2020, 12:26 pm)We found the price reasonable considering they do the work and it is done in one day and they clean up. We live in an older home and our only other option would be a complete tear out. We are pleased with the look - we recently replaced everything else in this bathroom - it is the finished look we have been waiting for. The installers were great and friendly. They replaced the piping to copper and added shut off valves (older homes only have them in the basement). We were currently without air and the install date landed on a 90' temp day (Sorry Josh & Dan - and thank you).
(June 4, 2020, 2:34 pm)I just had my shower replaced. Tim did an awesome job with quotes and giving us a good deal. Dave did an awesome job installing our shower. We love it! It took only 2 days and it's amazing. You will not be disappointed.
